"Michael Kerr made changing my insurance such a quick and painless process. He was able to answer all my questions, get me a quote, and have my policy set up in a lunch break. I told him I didn’t have a lot of extra time and he was ready to go. Not only was Michael a pleasure to work with, he also helped me get a better policy than I had before with barely any difference in my monthly payments. Also have some helpful insight into how insurance claims work that I will be using to my advantage should I be on the market for another policy in the future."

"Mathew helped me regarding these emails Ive been getting saying I’m entitled to a refund of my auto policy. But discussing this w Mathew he made me comfortable in treating it as a bogus email regarding a refund. Also helped me understand my car insurance as to what my current coverage covers. And gave me some info regarding lowering my charges by taking an online course in safe driving. He was very patient with helping me go over details of said policy. Really appreciated the time he spent with me."
